Selection of raw materials
The raw materials of camo fleece fabric are diverse, mainly including cotton, polyester, nylon and lycra. These materials have their own characteristics. Cotton is soft and comfortable, polyester is wear-resistant and wrinkle-resistant, nylon is lightweight and waterproof, and lycra has excellent elasticity and stretchability. Printing
Printing is the first step in making camouflage fabrics. Designers will create various camouflage patterns based on market demand and popular trends. These patterns usually have complex geometric shapes and color combinations, designed to simulate the textures and colors in the natural environment to achieve a concealed effect. During the printing process, advanced digital printing technology is used to ensure the clarity of the pattern and the accuracy of the color.

Weaving
After the printing is completed, the next step is weaving. Depending on the selected material, different weaves such as plain, twill or satin can be selected. During the weaving process, the machine will interweave the dyed fibers according to the predetermined pattern and density to form the basic structure of the fabric. This process requires highly precise operation to ensure the quality and stability of the fabric.

Post-processing
The woven fabric also needs to go through a series of post-processing processes. This includes steps such as washing, drying, ironing, etc., the purpose is to remove impurities and excess dyes on the fabric, while improving the feel and appearance of the fabric. For some camouflage fabrics with special functions, such as waterproof and breathable, additional coating or finishing processes will be carried out.
